Stuffed Mushroom Dip

Ingredients:

Cream cheese (8 oz)
Mushrooms, chopped (1 cup)
Garlic, minced (2 cloves)
Parmesan cheese, grated (1/2 cup)
Mozzarella cheese, shredded (1 cup)
Olive oil (2 tbsp)
Green onions, chopped (1/4 cup)
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Sauté mushrooms and garlic in olive oil until soft.
Mix cream cheese, Parmesan, mozzarella, green onions, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Stir in sautéed mushrooms and garlic.
Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
