Ingredients:

– Salt and pepper, to taste

– 1 cup heavy cream
– 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1/2 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
– 1/2 tsp dried Italian seasoning
– Salt and pepper, to taste
For the Pasta:
– 8 oz fettuccine or pasta of your choice
– Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Directions:
1. Cook the Steak:
– In a bowl, toss the steak strips with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
– Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook the steak strips until they are browned and cooked to your desired level of doneness. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
