Ingredients:

4 fresh peaches, halved and pitted
2 tablespoons melted butter
Vanilla ice cream
Fresh basil for garnish

Preheat the Grill:

Heat your grill to medium-high heat.

Prepare the Peaches:

Brush the cut sides of the peaches with melted butter. This will help them caramelize beautifully on the grill.

Grill the Peaches:

Place the peaches cut-side down on the grill.
Grill for about 4-5 minutes or until the peaches are tender and have nice grill marks.

Serve:

Place each grilled peach half on a plate.
