Ingredients:
Crust:
2 cups crushed graham crackers
1/2 cup melted butter
1/4 cup sugar
Key Lime Filling:
1 cup key lime juice
2 cans (14 oz each) sweetened condensed milk
2 egg yolks
Zest of 2 key limes
Whipped Cream Topping:
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Lime zest, for garnish
Crushed graham crackers, for garnish
Instructions:
Prepare the Crust:
Combine crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a prepared baking dish.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes or until set. Allow to cool slightly.
Make the Filling:
