– 1 cup vegetable oil
– 1 cup buttermilk
– 2 large eggs
– 2 tablespoons red food coloring

– 1 teaspoon white vinegar

For the Oreo Cheesecake Layer:
– 8 oz cream cheese, softened
– 1/2 cup granulated sugar
– 1 large egg
– 1/2 cup sour cream
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 10 Oreo cookies, crushed
For the Oreo Ganache:
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
– 1/2 cup crushed Oreo cookies

For the Whipped Cream:
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For Garnish:
– Whole Oreos
– Crushed Oreos
– Edible glitter (optional)

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Grease and line two 8-inch round cake pans with parchment paper.
2. For the red velvet cake, in a large bowl, sift together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
3. In another bowl, whisk together oil, buttermilk, eggs, food coloring, vanilla extract, and vinegar.
4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
5. Divide batter evenly between the prepared pans and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool completely.
6. For the Oreo cheesecake layer, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Mix in egg, sour cream, and vanilla extract. Fold in crushed Oreo cookies.

7. Pour the cheesecake mixture into a 9-inch springform pan. Bake at 325Β°F (163Β°C) for 30-35 minutes, or until set. Let cool completely and refrigerate.
8. For the Oreo ganache, heat heavy cream in a saucepan until just boiling. Pour over chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl. Let sit for 2 minutes, then stir until smooth. Mix in crushed Oreo cookies and let cool slightly.
9. For the whipped cream, beat heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
10. Once the cakes and cheesecake are completely cooled, level the cakes if needed. Place one red velvet cake layer on a serving plate and spread a layer of whipped cream on top. Place the Oreo cheesecake layer on top, then spread with more whipped cream.

11. Top with the second red velvet cake layer. Frost the top and sides of the cake with whipped cream. Drizzle the Oreo ganache over the top, allowing it to drip down the sides.
12. Garnish with whole Oreos, crushed Oreos, and edible glitter if desired.
