Garlic Butter Chicken Bites
Ingredients:
– 20 oz (1 ¼ lb) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
– ½ tsp dried oregano
– ½ tsp dried basil
– ½ tsp paprika
– ½ tsp salt
– Freshly ground pepper to taste
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– 3 tbsp unsalted butter
– 3 garlic cloves, minced
– 2 tbsp parsley, freshly chopped
Directions:
1. Prep the Chicken:
– Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces. Pat dry with paper towels.
2. Season and Coat:
– In a bowl, combine the flour, dried oregano, dried basil, paprika, salt, and freshly ground pepper.
– Add the chicken pieces to the bowl and toss until evenly coated with the flour mixture.
3. Cook the Chicken:
– Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
– Add the chicken pieces and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
4. Make the Garlic Butter:
– In the same skillet, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat.
– Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
5. Combine and Serve:
– Return the chicken to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
– Sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
