Bacon Cheeseburger Bombs 😍

Ingredients:

For the Bombs:

1 pound ground beef
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
8 ounces cheddar cheese, cut into cubes
12 slices of bacon
Toothpicks (for securing bacon)
For the Dipping Sauce:

1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika

Instructions:

Prepare the Ground Beef:

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until the seasonings are evenly distributed throughout the beef.
Form the Bombs:

Divide the seasoned ground beef into 12 equal portions.
Flatten each portion into a patty and place a cube of cheddar cheese in the center.
Fold the beef around the cheese, ensuring it is fully sealed within the beef.
Wrap each beef bomb with a slice of bacon, securing the ends with a toothpick.
Cook the Bombs:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place the bacon-wrapped cheeseburger bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a wire rack.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the beef is cooked through.
Optionally, you can broil them for an additional 2-3 minutes to crisp up the bacon further.
Prepare the Dipping Sauce:

In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, ketchup, sweet pickle relish, white vinegar, sugar, salt, and paprika.
Stir until smooth and well mixed.
Serve:

Remove the toothpicks from the bombs and serve hot with the dipping sauce on the side.
These Bacon Cheeseburger Bombs are a delicious and fun twist on the classic cheeseburger, perfect for appetizers, snacks, or even a main dish!
