Ingredients:
Thinly Sliced Beef Steak: 1 lb
Provolone Cheese: 4 slices
Green Bell Pepper: 1, thinly sliced
Red Bell Pepper: 1, thinly sliced
Onion: 1 medium, thinly sliced
Garlic: 2 cloves, minced
Large Lettuce Leaves: 8 (Iceberg or Butter lettuce works well)
Olive Oil: 2 tbsp
Salt and Pepper: To taste
Worcestershire Sauce: 1 tbsp
Instructions:
Cook the Veggies:
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the bell peppers and onion, seasoning with salt and pepper. Sauté until they are soft and slightly caramelized, about 8-10 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Cook the Steak:
In the same skillet, add another tbsp of olive oil. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
Increase the heat to high and add the steak. Season with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until the steak is browned and cooked through, about 5 minutes.
Assemble the Wraps:
Lay out the lettuce leaves. On each leaf, place a portion of the steak, cooked veggies, and a half slice of provolone cheese.
