Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Lemon slices for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
Prepare the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Make the Garlic Butter:
In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, fresh parsley, dried thyme, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
