Juicy and Flavorful Greek Meatballs

Ingredients:
1 lb (500g) ground beef
1 small onion, grated
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup (30g) breadcrumbs
1/4 cup (60ml) milk
1 large egg
1/4 cup (25g) grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup (15g) chopped fresh parsley
2 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp olive oil for frying


Directions:
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, grated onion, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, Parmesan cheese, parsley, oregano, cumin, coriander, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until thoroughly combined.
Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the meatballs in batches, making sure not to overcrowd the pan.
Cook the meatballs for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are browned on all sides and cooked through.
Remove the meatballs from the skillet and drain on paper towels. Serve warm.
